Please follow below steps:
- Login to your account.
- Click on “My Orders” on top left corner.
- You will see download links under “Available Downloads” section for all your purchases.
- Click on the link to download the files https://www.photowhoa.com/account
1) If the download link in your order confirmation email is not working, that’s because it expires after 7 days. In this case you can login to your PhotoWhoa account and download the file from “My Orders” menu.
2) If your download stops halfway during the download, generally it means your Internet Service Provider has a spotty connection (one that disconnects often). Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do here. You’ll have to download it from a better connection.
3) If the download won’t start, you may need to try a more updated browser. We recommend the latest version of Google Chrome.
4) If the download is slow, that often means you’re not within an area that has a good enough connection to our server. We run our downloads from an ultra-fast server, but we can’t help it if you’re in a city that is too far from us or if your internet connection is spotty.
5) If you get a 404 error, please send us a support ticket. From time to time our URLs break (we’re human after all!) Send it to us here: http://photowhoa.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
Almost 99% of the files sold through our site are downloaded as zip files. Zip files are archive files that basically store several files together for easy downloading/uploading through the web.
Most modern computers come with a program that automatically can open up zip files and reveal the contents within. However, if you’re on an older computer, you’ll need to download a program. OR just try this – right click on the downloaded zip file and click on “Extract Here”. It will get extracted as a normal folder there itself.
You can change your password associated with your PhotoWhoa account on the “Edit Account” section of your Account page.

Alternately, you can check your account on PhotoWhoa for download links.
- Go to My Account after logging in at PhotoWhoa.com
- You will see list of your purchased deals & freebies along with the download links. These links never expire.
- The download links will be available in your account account as long as your account is active.
- If you request a refund for any purchased deal, the download link for that particular deal will be removed from your account once the refund has been processed.
But in case there is a business need to change it, please drop us an email at [email protected] with following details –
- Your registered email id
- Your current UserName
- New UserName
- Reason for changing it
We will do it from the backend. It may take upto 7 working days.
- Login & go to My Account
- You will see a section called “Recent Orders”
- You will find invoices for all the paid deals here
- You can download & print an invoice by clicking the Print option.
Two accounts usually end up causing confusion to both you and PhotoWhoa. It is recommended to have a single account.This will prevent you from logging into the wrong account in the future.
But if you have ended up having your purchases across two accounts, please send us a Merge request with the following details:
- Your Account which you want to retain
- You Account which you want to merge
- In case the email id is different in both the accounts, we would need an authorization email from both the accounts so that we can go ahead with the merge.
Please give us upto 7 working days to merge the account.
You can view your purchased products history in “My Account” section.

- You will see list of your purchased deals & freebies along with the download links

In newsletter we send, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Please click this link in order to be unsubscribed to our mailing list.
Alternately, if you dont want to receive specific type of emails like Glamour photography, Boudoir photography, you can just update your preferences and we will send you only those mailers which you would like to receive.
You can use your available store credits on your PhotoWhoa purchases as and when you want. These credits doesn’t have any specific expiry date. If you have credits available in your PhotoWhoa account, it will be shown on the Cart page and you will get an option to apply them on your purchase.

Sorry you missed a deal!
Unfortunately, once a deal ends, our contract with the 3rd party partner has expired. We cannot sell any more copies of the deal.
Tips to not miss the next deal:
- Subscribe your best email address. We often send alerts when deals begin and when they’re about to end.
- Make sure we aren’t going to your spam folder or promotions tab.
- Purchase the deal if you’re undecided. You have a 30-day money back guarantee if you aren’t 100% happy with the product for any reason.
However if you want any expired deal, you can send us a request via email at [email protected] and we can check with the vendor if they will allow us to sell a copy.
After all we want to make our customers HAPPY
Some deals need license keys to activate the product like photo editing software or redeeming a coupon to access course online.
You receive this license key in your order confirmation email as well as in your PhotoWhoa account.
Please make a note that you need to redeem the license key within 7 days of your purchase. Most of the third-party products have a definite expiry for their license key. Once the deal expires, we are not able to activate license keys which have not been redeemed.

What does it mean??

You can refund any product but within the 30 day period. Post the 30 day period, we do not accept refunds.
Refund will be in the form of PhotoWhoa store credits or directly to your Paypal/ Stripe account. You can request either.
Please note that it may take 3-4 business days to reflect a refund in your account in case of card payment.
All product/deal purchases are protected under this policy. There are some exceptional deals like services, which do not fall under this category. Under such situations, we do mention this on the deal page. To request a refund, you can directly submit a refund request by sending an email at [email protected] with order-id in question.
