There’s been a lot of talk about how scary the Conjuring is. Well I got something far more frightening. It’s a short doc about the art of abandonment photography, and it has all the prerequisite trappings of something horrifying. There are scatterings of minor piano notes, ominous violin chords, and of course, abandoned motels. And then there’s a guy named Walter Arnold who — as our hero — braves through it all for his photography. What a charmer, this Walter Arnold.
