On the sales page for the deal, under the large green buy button, we have a timer that shows how much time you have left to purchase a deal. Every deal will run for a limited time, and this time varies for each deal.

On each deal page we'll have a link where you can request the deal again. If we receive enough requests then we may try and negotiate with the vendor to re-run the deal. No promises though.
No. There is no membership fee to get deals sent to you by e-mail or browse our deals. However, it does cost money to purchase products.
Aww, we're sorry to hear you don't want our deals anymore. In every email we send, there is an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. Click this link and we'll stop sending you emails.
Digital downloads generally come immediately after purchase. There are some exceptions, and when these exceptions happen we will outline them in the product description.
Due to the nature of our site, physical products (like gear and accessories) can't be shipped until after the deal ends. Generally, these products will ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
For digital downloads you should have received them by e-mail. You can also visit your account to download your products. For physical products, please contact us if you have shipping inquiries. Please keep in mind it generally takes about 2 weeks before the product arrives at your doorstep.
In most cases you can get either an exchange or a refund.
Most of our deals have the option of a refund. You'll need to e-mail us to request a refund. If you bought a physical product, you'll need to send it back to us.
Generally, we allow you to get a full refund within a 60-day window. Some products will have a different refund policy based on what we negotiate with the vendor.
This varies - it depends on where the product is offered. We will try our best to make our deals available to as many people as possible.
We take payments by credit card and through Paypal. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
Zip is a file format used for data compression and archiving. A zip file contains one or more files that have been compressed, to reduce file size, or stored as is. We deliver most of our digital products as zip files. After opening up the zip file, you can move the contents of the zip file onto any location in your computer.
Most computers come with a program to open a zip file. In most cases you can just double click on the file and your files will be "unarchived" and accessible to view in the same folder as the zip file. If this doesn't work, you'll need to download one of the many free zip programs out there. We recommend WinRar which you can download for free here. Use this program to open up your zip file.
